郝炳义，笔名子华，1939年生于陕西省子洲县。国家一级美术师，美术家。中国文联终身名誉主席，中国美协终身名誉理事。

Hao Bingyi, pseudonym Zihua, was born in Zizhou County, Shaanxi Province in 1939. National first-class artist, artist. Honorary chairman of China Federation of Literary and Art Arts, lifelong honorary director of China Artists Association.

自幼读书，爱好书画，善画油漆画、壁画，亦宜水墨山水花鸟以及水彩等。1957年——1959年在陕西省宝鸡市学习油漆画，1959年底来广西南宁市，1960年参加工作，1965年加入中国共产党。现退休，在广西老年大学学习山水、花鸟、水彩等十多年。其间多次参加全国性、省市画展并荣获各奖项数次，以及各种荣誉称号数次。其中参加全国性山水画展4、5、6次展出，均获优秀奖、创新奖；国家博物馆、军事博物馆画展中获一等奖三次，二等奖一次；其它各级评选中金奖、金鹰奖、优秀奖多次。曾参加中日书画交流展，作品被“中日文化交流中心”收藏，书画被多家艺术机构收藏。被先后授予“世界艺术杰出贡献奖”、“中国艺术百年英杰”、“中国国宝级艺术家”、“中国文化艺术泰斗”、“世界艺术大师”、“世界优秀艺术家”等称号。

During this period, he has participated in many national and provincial art exhibitions and won several awards and various honorary titles for several times. Among them, he participated in 4,5,6 exhibitions, won excellence award and innovation award, won three first prize and one second prize in the National Museum and Military Museum exhibition; gold award, Golden Eagle Award and excellence Award in other levels. He has participated in the Sino-Japanese painting and calligraphy exchange exhibition, and his works have been collected by the "Sino-Japanese Cultural Exchange Center", and his painting and calligraphy have been collected by many art institutions. He has been awarded the titles of "World Art Outstanding Contribution Award", "Centennial Hero of Chinese Art", "Chinese National Treasure Artist", "Master of Chinese Culture and Art", "World Art Master", "World Excellent Artist" and so on.

书画入编各种大型书集数部。现被数家书画院，书画协会，学会聘请为理事、终身荣誉主席、会长、副会长、出版社社长、终身院长、副院长等职。现在南宁市青秀区青山古玩花鸟城内成立“都氏画艺苑”。几年来创作了多幅10米长卷油漆画《万山千水图》以及3.15米×1.8米的《万水千山图》。现在正在创作百米长卷“孔雀祥瑞图”献给党、献给人民。

世界文学艺术家联合会授予“中国当代书画领军人物”荣誉称号；中华海外名人名人艺术委员会授予“中国当代书画创新百杰”、“世界艺术卓越成就奖”；中国诗书画出版社授予“中国艺术博士”学位；香港皇家艺术研究院授予“终身荣誉博士”学位。
