杜文瀚(汉)1942年生于天津,国家一级美术师,高级书法家，国礼艺术家，中国书画家协会终身名誉主席。其绘画作品涉猎多个画种,中西融合,画风严谨。书艺取法高古、上追秦汉魏晋、熔铸历代名家精华,书法创作敬畏传统,功力深厚。在创作中坚持真善美的格调,古拙端庄、俊秀洒脱的书风。书法作品具有浓厚的审美理想和浪漫精神以及强烈的时代风貌和独特风格。
