陈福耀，原任羊城晚报报业集团主任编辑，1961 年毕业于佛山艺专国画专业，后进修广州美院。国家一级美术师，中国美术家协会会员，中国书法家协会会员，全国书画艺术委员会副主席。多幅美术作品经常参加大型美展,并获各种奖项，亦被收藏。《福》被中国国家博物馆收藏，美术作品《放》被中国美术馆收藏，《欢乐天堂》被中央美院收藏，《回归》被武汉书画院收藏。2020 年由国际名人百科力荐入展“文博会”。2021 年经举荐，中国访谈网权威发布《2021 年中国当代高层次书画艺术人才——范迪安陈福耀》。

Chen Fuyao, once the chief editor of Yangcheng Evening News Group, graduated from Foshan Art College in 1961 with a major in traditional Chinese painting, and later studied at the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts. Chen is accredited as a national first-class artist, a member of the Chinese Artists Association, a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, and the vice chairman of the National Calligraphy and Painting Art Committee.

Many of his artworks have been exhibited and awarded in large-scale art exhibitions.

They were also collected in various museums and art galleries. His artwork "Blessing" is collected in the National Museum of China, "Free" in the National Art Museum of China, "Happy Paradise" in the Central Academy of Fine Arts, and "Return" in the Wuhan Calligraphy and Painting Academy. In 2020, he was introduced into the ICIF by the GJMR. Next year in 2021, http://Chinafangtan.com rewarded Fan Di’an and Chen Fuyao as the Chinese Contemporary High-level Calligraphy and Painting Artists 2021 upon recommendation.
