刘云亭，自幼酷爱书法，临池不辍，真草隶篆行五体皆攻，以楷行草见长。2004年7月毕业于中国书画函授大学大专班。现为华夏基金会项目学校书画研究院院长，启功研究会会员，中国书画家联谊会会员，中国书画艺术促进会理事，中国炎黄书画艺术协会会员，联合国和平书画院院士，北京芥子园画院特邀书法家，首都书画院理事，北京大有乾景书画院会员，内蒙古自治区书法家协会会员，赤峰画院院长赤峰市松山区书法家协会主席，李海峰书法艺术研究中心研究员，赤峰市诗词学会会员，国家一级书法师。作品多次参加国内各级组织举办的书展并获奖。

Liu Yunting’ interest in calligraphy was developed at a young age. He never stopped practicing calligraphy and became specialized in five calligraphic styles, especially in regular, running, and cursive scripts. In July 2004, he graduated from the junior college class of Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Correspondence College. He is the president of the Calligraphy and Painting Research Institute funded by the Huaxia Foundation, a member of the Qigong Research Association, a member of the Chinese Calligrapher and Painter Association, a member of the Chinese Calligrapher and Painter Association, a member of the Yanhuang Calligrapher and Painter Association. He is also an academician of the United Nations Peace Painting and Calligraphy Academy, a guest calligrapher of the Beijing Mustard Garden Painting and Calligraphy Academy, a member of the Capital Painting and Calligraphy Academy, and a member of the Beijing Dayou Qianjing Painting and Calligraphy Academy, amember of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Calligrapher's Association, president of Chifeng Painting Academy, chairman of Songshan Calligrapher's Association, researcher of Li Haifeng Calligraphy Art Research Center, member of Chifeng Poetry and Ci Society, and national first-class calligrapher. His works were displaced and won prizes in many calligraphic exhibitions held by Chinese organizations at all levels.
