陈江，字白平，自号：芦仙草，原名陈北平，笔名：景娃、江辉、威必震、孔健、管贤仕、老顽童。江苏海安县人，田野里走出来的草根逆行者。1959年8月参加工作，2001年5月退休。2002年5月，成功发起举办芦荟沙龙，2003年2月筹建溧阳芦荟仙人掌应用研究会，简称《芦仙会》。2020年1月陈江的简历入编《采风中国》，4月23日被评为“阅读推广人”，12月陈江被授予“2020年中国德艺双馨艺术家”、“世界杰出艺术家”和“为世界文化做有贡献的华人艺术家”，获“世界最高艺术殿堂奖”。2021年1月被授予“世界科教文杰出文化人物”，获“世界科教文杰出贡献奖”，受聘为中国未来研究会科技未来研究分会第四届理事，曲阜孔子国学教育培训中心“研学指导师”。

Chen Jiang, whose previous name is Chen Beiping with the courtesy name Baiping, also styled himself as Luxiancao. His pseudonyms include Jingwa, Jianghui, Weibizhen, Kongjian, Guanxianshi, and Laowantong. Born in Hai'an County, Jiangsu Province, he is known as a brave grassroots man who has broken through the countryside. He was employed in August 1959 and retired in May 2001. In May 2002, he successfully launched the Luhui Salon. In February 2003, he established the Liyang Luhui Xianrenzhang Application Research Association, which was called the Luxian Association for short. In January 2020, his resume was compiled into the Collection of Chinese Folk Songs. On April 23, 2020, he was rated as a "Reading Promoter". In December 2020, he was rated as the "2020 Chinese Artist of Virtue and Artistry", the "World Outstanding Artist" and the "Chinese Artist Contributing to World Culture", and was awarded the "World's Highest Palace of Art Award". In January 2021, he was rated as the "World Outstanding Scholar in Science, Education and Culture", was awarded the "World Outstanding Contribution Award in Science, Education and Culture", and was employed as the fourth director of the Science and Technology Future Research Branch of China Future Research Association, and the "Research Instructor" of Qufu Confucius National Studies Education Center.
