楼开泰，浙江东阳市人士，男，1938年5月出生，大学文化程度，退休前为四川省总工会处级干部。

作者在父亲熏陶下，自幼喜爱文学艺术并打下了较好的基础。参加工作后，仍利用空闲时间进行业余学习及创作。退休后，集中精力，拜名家为师，广收有关资料，专心从事诗词、书法的学习和创作。现为世界文艺家企业家交流中心名誉主席，中国艺术产业促进会名誉会长，中国文艺家联合会副主席，中国国学学会副主席，中国诗书画研究会研究员，中国书法家协会会员。作者曾多次参加全国、省、市及国际的展览，曾获世界和平国际书画大展一等奖和“世界和平文化使者”的荣誉称号，获第二届“金鼎奖”全国书法美术大展赛金奖和“中国书法百杰”的荣誉称号，获首届“兰亭*羲之奖”艺术邀请展金奖，获迎神十航天飞行成功书画展金奖和“爱心慈善大使”的荣誉称号，获“炎黄同根文化”杯国际书画邀请大展赛和“中韩美术交流大展赛”一等奖、第三届中日友好文化艺术交流展金奖等多次奖励。被中华国礼中心聘为“中华国礼中心特邀书画名家”，被世界文艺家联合会选为“2013年感动世界年度人物”，被2015联合国中华文化交流作品集命名为“中华文化传播大使”。作者的书法作品曾被中国当代艺术出版社出版《艺术大师》的专辑，曾与沈鹏、张海、范曾、冯远等人一起出过多种书画集，诗词作品也曾在多种报刊和作品集中发表和获奖，被授予“世界杰出华人诗词著作家”等荣誉称号，有一部分诗词则用于作者书法作品中起诗、书交融的作用。

Lou Kaitai, a native of Dongyang City, Zhejiang Province, male, born in May 1938, with college education, was a department level cadre of Sichuan Federation of trade unions before retirement.

Under the influence of his father, the author loved literature and art since childhood and laid a good foundation. After working, I still use my spare time to study and create. After retirement, he concentrated on learning and writing poetry and calligraphy by taking famous masters as his teachers, collecting relevant materials widely. Now he is the honorary chairman of the world artists and entrepreneurs exchange center, the honorary chairman of China Art Industry Promotion Association, the vice chairman of China Artists Federation, the vice chairman of China Sinology society, the researcher of China Poetry, calligraphy and Painting Research Association and the member of China Calligraphers Association. The author has participated in national, provincial, municipal and international exhibitions for many times, won the first prize of world peace international calligraphy and painting exhibition and the honorary title of "messenger of world peace culture", won the gold award of the second "Jinding Award" national calligraphy and art exhibition competition and the honorary title of "100 outstanding Chinese calligraphy", and won the gold award of the first "Lanting * Xizhi Award" Art Invitation Exhibition, It has won the gold award of the successful calligraphy and painting exhibition of Yingshen 10 space flight and the honorary title of "love and charity ambassador", the first prize of the "Yan Huang tonggen culture" Cup International Calligraphy and Painting Invitation Competition, the "China South Korea Art Exchange Exhibition competition", the gold award of the third China Japan friendly culture and art exchange exhibition and many other awards. He was employed by the China national ceremony center as "a famous calligrapher and painter specially invited by the China national ceremony center", selected by the World Federation of artists as "the person of the year who moved the world in 2013", and named "ambassador of Chinese culture communication" by the 2015 United Nations collection of works on Chinese culture exchange. The author's calligraphy works have been published by China Contemporary Art Publishing House as an album of "master of art". He has published a variety of calligraphy and painting collections together with Shen Peng, Zhang Hai, fan Zeng and Feng Yuan. His poetry works have also been published and won awards in a variety of newspapers and works. He has been awarded the honorary title of "world outstanding Chinese poetry writer". Some poems are used in the author's calligraphy works to blend poetry and calligraphy.
