张宗彪：中共党员，1941年岀生于陕西永寿县。毕业于西北大学，供职于咸阳师范学院（退休）。书法教授、国家一级书法家、外交部授权的《中华人民共和国国宾礼艺术家》、文化和旅游部颁发的《国家一级艺术大师》并授予《2020年艺术巅峰人物》中国文化和旅游部“反对浪费，崇尚节约”光盘行动中荣任宣传大使。

张宗彪自幼喜爱书法，坚持数十年临池不辍。楷、行、草、隶、篆五体皆能，尤以行草见长。鎔古铸今，自成一体。其书法作品大气磅磗、气势恢宏、刚柔相济，颜筋柳骨、铁划银钩，风格独特。其行草书富有浓厚的篆、隶、魏的笔意和风骨，被称其为“魏草“。其成名代表作品“厚德载物、无欲则刚、北国风光……等30幅获《中华人民共和国国家版权局著作权登记证书》。

张宗彪不仅是一位著名书法家，又是一位书画社会活动家。由他亲自策划组织在咸阳举办了六届《西部情》全国书画名家邀请展览交流研讨采风活动。

张宗彪2021年9月至10月先后收到并荣获：世界非物质文化终身成就奖，世界非物质文化传承人，联合国非物质文化功勋人物等荣誉称号。
